Returns

My item arrived damaged:

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 24 hours of a signed delivery.

We will then offer you either the choice of: (A) An exchange of faulty part or product or (B) Collection with full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights

Important notice:

Couriers do not collect items that are not adequately packaged.
All returning item(s) should be packaged in their original packaging. This is the optimum method for return.
If the original packaging is not available, other appropriate packaging maybe used to protect the product for the return journey.
Failure to adequately package the product, may result in damage during transit.
This may affect the final amount that will be refunded to the customer after inspection.


 
I have changed my mind:

You have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your Products, without giving a reason.

Once we have received and checked the returned items for damage and ensure everything is complete, we will refund your money, less any collection fee e.g. returns costs (unless you have returned the items at your own expense).

Items must be returned "as delivered to you", free from defects and returned in their original packaging when possible. Partial or no refund will be offered for damaged and /or used items.

Bespoke Items: 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on bespoke made upholstered items, (unless there was a provable damage during transportation), so please ask for swatches for all bespoke upholstered items prior to purchase.
